It is important to us to make your purchase with allbranded as comfortable as possible. Therefore, you can simply and safely pay via instant bank transfer, PayPal, debit or credit card (MasterCard, VISA). Besides the online payment methods, we also offer the traditional ways of payment in advance, and from the third order onwards we can consider credit terms. • Standard UK Delivery - All other products on our website have standard UK delivery and should arrive within 6 to 21 working days.

The delivery costs are the following:

• Free Delivery - For all orders over £300 (without VAT)

• £4.00 - For all purchases under £300

Yes, you can benefit from free delivery on all £300 or above orders. Regardless of the products, their branding, the size or weight of the package.

We work with several shipping companies, all well established logistics service providers, including UPS, DPD, TNT and others. This ensures that your valuable order get to you in good condition. In some cases, our producers may deliver to you directly. In such cases, we won’t be able to influence the delivery, thus your order might be sent with another delivery company.

It's important to note that products could be shipped from more than one warehouse if your order contains a varied item list. So don't be alarmed if you receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order after you've made your purchase; or if you get one part of your order first. Some other items may take longer to get delivered to you.

Allbranded offers the chance to return your products only if the merchandise is faulty or has been delivered with the wrong specifications. However, allbranded does not offer returns and refunds if you dislike the materials, the size, the colouring due to personal reasons and you have not ordered a sample in advance.

You can cancel your order by reaching out to us as soon as possible via the free hotline at 0800 085 6660. We might be able to cancel your order if production hasn't started yet or if the products haven't been already shipped. If you want to cancel your order, it's important you do so as soon as possible.

If you have not found out already, on our website there are certain products which have the option of priority production, but that is not the same thing as express delivery:

•Priority Production: This refers to those promotional products that can be branded with your artwork within 48 hours. This refers solely to the production of your merchandise and does now include the delivery time.

•Express Delivery: Priority shipping is only possible for those priority production products. Priority shipping for these special products takes within 3 to 6 days, depending on how fast you approved the artwork and the order itself.

You can easily upload your logo/artwork through our online shop - either at the checkout or on the product page, by simply uploading it from your computer. Alternatively, you can also email us your artwork or upload it in your customer account. For the best results possible, make sure it's in a vector format (e.g.: .eps; .pdf; .ai, .svg).

Creating your artwork or print file is much easier than it seems. Here are all the artwork guidelines you need for putting together your own file. Alternatively, if you can't do that or don't have the time, we can do it for you for just £25.

Each product on our website has a designated printing are where your logo is placed. This is like a frame in which we will be fitting the artwork/logo/message you send over to us. You don't need to worry about making it bigger, as we will make sure your logo will have the perfect shape and size.

A print preview is a virtual representation of the branded products you want to order. You can benefit from our free print previews when available. Make sure you opt for this option on the product page, upload your logo and within 2 to 4 hours you will get this via email. After you have approved the print preview, we start production. Test print samples are generally possible, but relatively expensive, as the customised sample needs to be included into a complex production process. In this case, there are set up costs that we need to charge you. In case you want a sample with your logo and subsequently place an order, we will of course deduct these costs from your order.
