Battery Disposal

Our obligation as a dealer to take back:

As a dealer, we are legally obligated to take back batteries and rechargeable batteries purchased from us free of charge. Please accept this offer and help keep our environment clean.

Your obligation to return as a consumer:

.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries do not belong in household waste. Since 1998, the Battery Ordinance requires all citizens to dispose of used batteries and rechargeable batteries exclusively through the trade or the collection points set up specifically for this purpose. If you want to return your batteries and accumulators to us, please make sure that the shipment is sufficiently stamped.

Batteries or rechargeable batteries that contain harmful substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can. Near the trash can symbol is the chemical name of the pollutant.

These signs can be found on batteries and rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances:
Pb = Battery/battery contains lead.
Cd = battery / accumulator contains cadmium
Hg = battery/battery contains mercury
