Return Policy

Returns

If you want to make a complaint, please note that your goods have been promptly and carefully inspected upon receipt. You can find further information on this in our terms and conditions, Article 6, Section 6.

We do not offer returns nor refunds for our products unless these goods are faulty, have factory defects or have been manufactured with the wrong specification.

To avoid any confusion, we suggest you take advantage of our sample button which allows you to order a sample of the product or products of your choice from our site before bulk purchasing. This allows you to see, feel and touch the product before ordering larger quantity. We also recommend you make use of the print preview option to avoid any misunderstanding.

Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong colour or specifications, be sure to let us know in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order. You can only register your return by email at customerservice@allbranded.co.uk.

allbranded shall not be held liable for any loss of or damage to the goods in transit unless such issues are noted at the time of delivery with the courier. 

We do not accept returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

- If you are unsatisfied with the material of the goods and did not order a sample in advance;

- If you do not like the print result, although it corresponds to the sample/print preview;

- If you do not like the size, the colour or the positioning of the print;

- If you do not like the product you have ordered due to personal reasons

If you would like to submit a return, please email us with a written complaint and your order number. This is the only way we can process your request and accept a possible return. These are the following information we need:

• Company Name

• Order Number

• Product Info (type & quantity)

• Reason for Returning the Product

• Photos of the Damaged Goods

• Info about the Number of Products Affected

• Whether You Prefer A Refund or a Replacement

Refunds

We unfortunately do not accept refunds for any product ordered on our website. However, if you received a product that is damaged, faulty or has defects in the material colour or print, then we can work on a refund for you.

Should you find that your products are faulty or have been supplied with the wrong colour or specifications, be sure to let us know in writing within 5 working days of receiving your order. You can only register your return by email at customerservice@allbranded.co.uk.

Additionally, once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take up to 7 to 14 business days to see your refund amount in your account.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, we suggest you do so as quickly as possible. We are only able to cancel your order and offer a refund if production hasn't started yet (for items with a submitted branding design) or if your order hasn't already been sent out (for items without any branding designs submitted).
