For university, school, work or your next trip, the Bobby Soft Backpack is ready! The iconic Bobby anti-theft design with hidden RFID protected pockets, no front access and hidden zippers is now complemented with a safe zipper puller on the main compartment. In the main compartment, you can easily organise your gear with a padded 15.6" laptop compartment, notebook pocket, smart pockets and a keychain clip. The top of the backpack is expandable giving additional space. This backpack is also equipped with an integrated USB charging port and water repellent material. Made from R-pet materials and AWARE™ tracer. With AWARE™, the use of genuine recycled fabric materials and water reduction is guaranteed, by using the AWARE disruptive physical tracer and blockchain technology. Each Bobby Soft saves 22L of water and reuses 37 plastic bottles. Registered design®

Please provide us with your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic. Examples of vector graphic formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (AI). Your print motif can be coloured in any Pantone colour.

If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, we will be happy to do this for you for £25 net. Please contact our team and we will be happy to help you!

Yes. You can order a sample of your favourite product in advance. This allows you to check the quality for yourself. You will also receive a free print preview after placing your order. This allows you to see how your print motif will be placed on the promotional item. If you have any changes you would like to make, you can let us know. If not, you can approve the print preview. Only then will production begin.

If you have a special request, you can select the option Request special production now! after choosing the quantity. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us so that we can work together to create your perfect promotional item.

In the configuration, you can choose a branding placement for your product. You can find more information about the characteristics of the different printing techniques here.
Thanks to our priority service, you will receive your products even faster! With priority production, your products will be produced within 48 hours, while standard production takes 4 to 6 working days.
For orders more than £300 (net), shipping within the UK is free of charge. For orders less than £300, we charge up to £9.90 for shipping within in the UK.
No, there are no hidden costs. Our prices include all printing fees and set up costs in the price listed.

We manufacture promotional items individually for you. Therefore, exchanges or returns are generally not possible unless the goods are free of defects.


To ensure that everything is correct, we recommend that you order a sample in advance and carefully check the print preview before approving it. This allows any change requests to be taken into account in before the order is completed.


However, if a product is delivered defective or faulty, you can return it. Be sure to read up on our return policy for more information.

Yes. You can order samples of all of our promotional items. Samples are not customised with your design. If your sample order is followed by an order of more than £150, we will credit you for the cost of the sample.
