If you’re quoted the exact same branded product at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll beat it - so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

How it works

• 1. You already received a competitor’s quote for your chosen branded product at a lower price.
• 2. Send us the competitor’s original quote of that product.
• 3. After the quote verification, we'll beat the price - guaranteed. It’s that easy!

What’s important

• ✓ Eligibility: We only price match against companies operating in the UK market.
• ✓ Exact product match: The competitor’s product must be identical in every detail: same product, size, colour, branding method, branding position, quantity, service add-ons. Our price match guarantee applies only to branded products.
• ✓ Price: The competitor’s price must be the final confirmed price (excluding any promotional discounts, offers, or pricing errors).
• ✓ Quote: The competitor’s quote must be current (dated within 7 business days). Screenshots of the competitor’s website are not accepted.
• ✓ Availability: The competitor’s product must be available for purchase at the time of the price match request.
• ✓ The price match guarantee does not apply to orders already placed with us.
• ✓ We reserve the right to verify the lower price offered by the competitor.
