Our priority production means your items will be produced within 48 hours after you approve your artwork. This reduces your overall turnaround time by up to one week.

Q: How is priority production different from priority shipping?

Production relates directly to the production and printing of your promotional items. A faster production time means your items will be delivered to you faster, but only because the production or printing time has been reduced. The standard shipping rates and times still apply to a regular (non-priority) product.

Q: How quickly will I receive my last-minute gifts?

With a faster production time and overall turnaround time, you can get your items even faster. This generally goes from a two week turnaround time to around one week. Speak with your promotional experts in case you have a specific deadline and you need your items faster.

Q: Will my promotional corporate gifts arrive in time for Christmas?

Yes they should, but make sure to consider the busy season. Order early to avoid time lost to restocks or delays due to bank holidays. Even with priority production, make sure to order your items in advance to ensure everything arrives in time.
