What should the print data look like? Will allbranded assist me in creating it?

Please provide us with your print file in the form of a high-resolution vector graphic . Examples of vector graphic formats are Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) , Portable Document Format (PDF) and Adobe Illustrator (AI) . Your print motif can be coloured in any Pantone colour. If you are unable to provide a vector graphic, we will be happy to do this for you for £25 net. Please contact our team and we will be happy to help you!

Can I see what my promotional items will look like before production?

Yes. You can order a sample of your favourite product in advance. This allows you to check the quality for yourself. You will also receive a free print preview after placing your order. This allows you to see how your print motif will be placed on the promotional item. If you have any changes you would like to make, you can let us know. If not, you can approve the print preview. Only then will production begin.

How can I order custom-made promotional items (e.g. multiple print positions, special colours, sizes and products)?

If you have a special request, you can select the option Request special production now! after choosing the quantity. Alternatively, you are welcome to contact us so that we can work together to create your perfect promotional item.

What printing technique will be used and how does it differ from others?

In the configuration, you can choose a branding placement for your product. You can find more information about the characteristics of the different printing techniques here.

What does priority mean? What is the difference between priority and standard production?

Thanks to our priority service, you will receive your products even faster! With priority production, your products will be produced within 48 hours , while standard production takes 4 to 6 working days.

Does allbranded offer free shipping and how much are the shipping costs?

For orders more than £300 (net) , shipping within the UK is free of charge. For orders less than £300, we charge up to £9.90 for shipping within in the UK.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs . Our prices include all printing fees and set up costs in the price listed.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order? Can I return it?

We manufacture promotional items individually for you. Therefore, exchanges or returns are generally not possible unless the goods are free of defects . To ensure that everything is correct, we recommend that you order a sample in advance and carefully check the print preview before approving it. This allows any change requests to be taken into account in before the order is completed. However, if a product is delivered defective or faulty, you can return it. Be sure to read up on our return policy for more information.

Can I order a sample of the promotional item in advance?

Yes. You can order samples of all of our promotional items. Samples are not customised with your design. If your sample order is followed by an order of more than £150, we will credit you for the cost of the sample.

Functionality, performance and design all come together in this re-chargeable 3W torch made with RCS certified recycled aluminum. Total recycled content: 20% based on total item weight. RCS certification ensures a completely certified supply chain of the recycled materials. Because of its IP4 rating, it is weatherproof so can easily be taken outside. The powerful bulb creates up to 100 lumen and a beam that reaches up to 100 metres. The torch uses a re-chargable A-grade battery so no need to replace the batteries. Simply re-charge via your USB socket and the included RCS certified recycled type C cable. The high quality bulb comes with 5 modes including SOS function. The 500 mah battery allows a usage up to 4 hours on a single charge. Aluminum does not lose its characteristics in the recycling process and can be recycled endlessly.
